The equity, diversity & inclusion (EDI) continuing medical education (CME) reimbursement program reimburses physicians for the costs associated with EDI related conferences, courses, and reference materials. Conference sessions, accommodations, and transportation are eligible for reimbursement under the new EDI CME reimbursement program. Please refer to the EDI CME Reimbursement Program for more information.
Royal College of Phyisicians and Surgeons of Canada: This event is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and approved by the Continuing Medical Education Division, University of Saskatchewan. You may claim a maximum of 12.0 hours (credits are automatically calculated).
The College of Family Physicians of Canada: This activity meets the certification criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been certified by the Continuing Medical Education Division, University of Saskatchewan for up to 12.0 Mainpro+® Certified Assessment Activity credits.
Other Healthcare Professionals: Participation in this conference may be included as part of the continuing education and competence programs established by individual professional associations.
Your fee covers all plenary and breakout sessions, conference materials, scheduled meals and refreshments, and access to the Wellness/Self-Care Lounge throughout the event. Refreshments during our Networking Reception will be provided along with a cash bar.
Cancellations received in writing by September 12 will receive a 50% refund of the registration. After that date, registrations are non-refundable, but you may transfer your registration to another physician at no additional charge up to September 19. You’ll select breakout sessions during registration. To update your choices later, return to your account online to make your updates at My Account, or email jodi@elevenevents.ca and we’ll adjust it (space permitting).
This is an in-person conference only. Sessions will not be recorded or distributed after the conference.

On-site self-parking at $20/day in the Impark lot directly behind the hotel. 2-hour metered parking on street. Evening and weekend street parking is free but watch for time restrictions during daytime hours.
